Jeremy Koonce

Regional Sales Manager, NE Division of DFW – Sales associate that joined the Precision team in 2018.

Jeremy’s previous experience prior to multi-family was in the retail sector of rent to own. He is driven to grow and exhibited that in his previous career by starting as a delivery driver and working his way up in 11 years to the corporate office as a Training Coordinator. His involvement in AAGD Association as a member of the NexGen Committee as well as the Toys for Tots. Jeremy has been married 16 years and has 5 children.

Shannon Cleveland

Director of Business Development – Sales Professional with 20+ years in the DFW Multi-Family Industry.

Shannon oversees the Sales Team and is responsible for the growth objectives and cultivating relationships within Precision. She is a member of both the AATC and AAGD Educational Committees and has a personal focus on people and their success. Shannon has been married for 13 years and a mother of 2 beautiful girls.

Mark Thurwanger

Regional Sales Manager – Tarrant County – Mark joined the Precision Team in April of 2019.

Mark brings 22 years of leadership and management stemming from the hotel/service industry. Mark’s focus is working to develop relationships and brand awareness to TC. Mark is a member of AATC’s Membership Committee and is involved in the Toys for Tots event. Mark has been married 18 years and has two sons.

Traci Nau

Regional Sales Manager – SE and SW Division of Dallas & Tarrant County – Traci joined the Precision Team late 2019.

Traci brings 12 years of sales in the multi-family industry with 10 years with Appliance Warehouse focusing on the washer/dryer leasing programs. Traci is currently in the Leadership Lyceum Program, Chaired the Membership Committee for AAGD, currently serves on the Legislative Committee and is an officer for the PSC AAGD Committee. Traci in a long-term committed relationship and a fur mom to a cat & dog.
